The fresh meat counter is at the heart of every good supermarket. Meat should look naturally fresh and vibrant, drawing customers to the colourful display with highly accented lighting.

The right colour, brightness and running temperature of lighting is vital to bring out the best in fresh meat displays. Traditional inefficient technologies are hotter and contain infra-red which hastens the discolouration of meat.
